To keep your taste buds fresh (and certainly awake) he has produced a new cocktail list that has an even greater selection. Mercado’s Guns are a new range of tequila-based cocktails and the Passion Fruit Mojito and Blackberry Margarita are already causing quite a stir.
Grant has also spent hours perfecting the tradition ‘Horchata’ a white and milky rice-based beverage served ice cold.
